Information you choose to send

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number or email address, preferred contact method, vehicle details, selected services and your message. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

How your enquiry is used

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss the requested work and communicate with you about it. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a newsletter or marketing list.

Email and website providers

The website enquiry service uses Resend to process and deliver enquiry emails to the business inbox. The business email provider also processes those messages. Website hosting providers process technical request information needed to operate the site. These providers may process data in countries outside the UK.

Your enquiry planner

The planner uses this browser tab’s session storage to carry your vehicle details, selected services and notes into the contact form. It does not send these details to FB CUSTOMS until you submit the enquiry. The saved plan is removed after successful submission, and you can clear it in the planner. It normally expires when you close the tab.

Keeping and managing your information

Contact us to ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry, how long it is needed, or to request correction or deletion. Requests are considered alongside any applicable obligations to retain information.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. Contact us to discuss a request or raise a concern.

You can also raise a data protection complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

The home page embeds selected public Instagram posts. Loading them connects your browser to Instagram, which applies its own privacy practices. Other external links also take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not add a newsletter subscription when you enquire.
